A manager with 23 years of experience in the energy sector. Since 2023, Director of the PGE Energia Ciepła S.A. Coast Branch, managing two combined heat and power plants in Gdańsk and Gdynia, which produce electricity and heat and guarantee energy security for the Tricity agglomeration of approx. 800,000 residents.
A graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk, participant of the Corporate University for Management EDF (Electricity & Gas Industry) within the framework of Toulouse School of Economic and Oxford Group.
In the years 2011-2017, as Deputy Director, I was involved in the planning and implementation of key strategic projects for the EDF Group in Poland: investment and restructuring projects, including the launch of a Shared Services Centre and the consolidation of production assets.
From 2017 to 2023, Director of the Trade Department at the Coast Branch of PGE Energia Ciepła, responsible for, among other things, strategic heat market development projects in a region covering 7 municipalities; development of new district heating-related market services and activities optimising the Branch's gross margin; tariffing processes and licence updates;
Since 2023, Director of the Coast Branch of PGE Energia Ciepła. Employer for over 350 employees, managing an organisation undergoing significant generational, competency, and technological change. Responsible, among other things, for planning and executing investments for the decarbonisation of the production assets of EC Gdańsk and EC Gdynia towards low and zero-emission technologies, in synergy with local stakeholders, while simultaneously maintaining the continuity of heat supply to cities. Oversees the efficient operation of all power generation units at the combined heat and power plants, including Poland's only electrode boilers, which initiated the electrification of district heating, enabling synergy between the electricity market and district heating.
