Anna Wiosna is a manager with over 20 years of experience in preparing, financing, and implementing complex investment processes within large capital groups in the energy, construction, and financial and development institutions sectors.
He specialises in the preparation and negotiation of contracts and JV agreements, the structuring and financing of large-scale investments, with a particular focus on offshore wind energy. In his work, he concentrates on supporting the development of domestic industrial supply chains for the energy transition, initiating and implementing programmes to strengthen the participation of Polish enterprises in supply chains for strategic energy projects.
ORLEN S.A. was responsible for securing financing for the Baltic Power project – the first offshore wind farm to be developed in the Polish part of the Baltic Sea (a joint venture between ORLEN and Northland Power), and simultaneously one of the largest offshore wind projects structured as project finance in Europe, with a value of approximately €4.4 billion. The transaction was honoured with the Deal of the Year 2023 award presented by Project Finance International.
As Director of the Department of Enterprise Development at Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A., she initiated and implemented activities supporting the participation of Polish companies in supply chains for key energy transformation projects, particularly in the offshore wind and nuclear energy sectors. She was the originator and initiator of programmes strengthening the competencies of domestic enterprises and preparing them for participation in the construction of offshore wind farms and the first nuclear power plant in Poland: Offshore bez Barier and Atom bez barier, followed by the launch of the Gotowi Na Offshore programme. .
As a Partner at CRIDO, she was responsible for the Renewable Energy & Project Finance practice, advising investors on the structuring and financing of energy ventures. At Bank Pekao S.A., she developed cooperation with major entities in the energy sector and participated in the financing of infrastructure investments and RES projects, while at HOCHTIEF Polska S.A. she was responsible for preparing bids, negotiating contracts and forming consortia for major construction and energy investments in Poland.
He is currently developing advisory activities within Blue Ocean Investments, supporting businesses and investors in the preparation and financing of infrastructure and energy projects, particularly in the areas of offshore wind and renewable energy sources.
He is a member of the Polish Committee of the World Energy Council and the Council of the Polish Offshore Wind Energy Chamber.
The author of numerous expert reports, prepared for both the private sector and government institutions.
A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Finance, Banking, and Mergers & Acquisitions. She also holds an EMBA diploma.
