Dagmara Peret serves as the Executive Director and Vice President of GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Energy in Poland. She is responsible for the implementation of the BWRX-300 small modular reactors in Poland and Eastern Europe. Since joining GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Energy in 2022, she has been actively involved with the nuclear energy team at the Polish Chamber of Commerce for Energy and Environmental Protection, focusing on the implementation of energy policy to shift Poland's energy generation model from coal to nuclear power.
Dagmara's career in the energy sector began in 1996 at ABB, followed by senior positions at Alstom Power and GE, where Dagmara played a key role in managing some of the largest gas power plant projects in Poland and shaping decarbonisation strategies for the heating sector.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk, completed postgraduate studies in Public Procurement Law at Leon Koźmiński University and an MBA in Energy at Lazarski University.
