OZE = blackout? Balancing the national energy system

Following last year's blackout in Spain, there have been discussions in the public sphere regarding the risks to system balancing with a high proportion of RES (Renewable Energy Sources). Do wind and photovoltaic energy pose a threat to the stability of our system? The panel will address issues of grid congestion management and the role of operators, as well as the modernisation of transmission grids.
