Mateusz Pawłowski is an experienced manager and entrepreneur – CEO and co-owner of Turrim and Pro-Resilience, companies operating in the field of national security and resilience. He builds partnerships and a collaborative ecosystem around the defence industry, critical infrastructure, and dual-use technologies, translating the needs of the state and business into feasible projects – from diagnosing challenges, through cooperation models, to implementation.
Supports companies in entering and scaling operations in regulated markets, focusing on go-to-market strategies, operational policy design, and compliance pathways (including MSWiA concessions, WSK, quality standards, security clearances). Works with a compliance-first approach, with an emphasis on risk management and reputational exposure.
Between 2019 and 2024, he worked as an interim manager and business coach, managing structural streamlining, efficiency improvements, and remedial actions in crisis situations. In his work, he uses modern management support tools: analytics and automation, process and KPI standardisation, and solutions for delivery control, shortening the path from strategy to execution.
He is a graduate of postgraduate studies in project management (AGH UST) and holds PRINCE2 Foundation certification. Concurrently, he is active in an expert and media capacity: he creates and hosts a programme on the defence industry, moderates industry debates, and co-creates event agendas as a member of Defence Horizon at the Polish Security Congress (2025, 2026) and the PowerConnect 2026 Programme Council. Between 2017 and 2022, he was active in the TEDx community as a speaker and organiser; for his business activities, he was awarded the title of AGH Alumnus of the Year 2019.
