Dr Marcin Kraśniewski – Senior Lecturer in the Department of Energy Transformation at the University of Economics in Katowice andVisiting Scholarat the University of Paws (University in Pavia) in Italy. He is the author or co-author of over 60 scientific publications. He belongs toWorld Energy Council, Polish Association of European Law, Scientific Society of Płock, Association of Energy Law Lawyers and the Polish Association for the Economic Analysis of Law. incl. serves as a board member (Member of the Executive Committee) European Federation of Energy Law Societiesbased in Paris. Professionally involved in the energy sector since 2017 as an expert and manager. Participated in legislative work concerning the biogas market and biomethane in Poland.
