Responsible for development and regulation, he also oversees investment and modernisation processes in the RES segment.
He gained his professional experience in private companies and large listed corporations, including the PZU Group. For over 12 years, he has worked as a manager responsible for investment and restructuring processes. During this time, in directorial positions and then for the last 10 years as CEO and board member, he has specialised in strategy building and new business development.
For 15 years, he has served on supervisory boards of commercial companies, including notably Mazowiecka Spółka Gazownictwa, Huta Pokój, and currently Gdańsk Airport. He is a graduate of the University of Gdańsk and the Warsaw School of Economics.
