She has over 20 years of experience in public sector financing and structuring public infrastructure projects, gained at Banks
Pekao S.A. and BPH S.A., as well as in public administration (capital city of Warsaw).
Currently responsible for cooperation with the Public Sector at Bank Pekao S.A., a leader in financing local government investment projects and the market leader in bond issuance for municipal companies. She was responsible for many pioneering financing structures, including: the country's first revenue bonds, Poland's first municipal green bonds, PPP, debt buybacks, SPV financing, public covered bonds, and investor-driven financing arrangements. She participated in financing the country's largest local government projects in the form of bond or loan programmes for companies in all public utility sectors, i.e. urban and regional transport, waste management and disposal, water supply and sewage, municipal construction, regional airports, sports, cultural and exhibition venues, healthcare projects, and direct financing of Polish cities, districts, and voivodeships.
She is a graduate of UW (Executive MBA) and UMK (Master of Economics).
