Would you like to see how power engineering experts are trained in practice? We invite you to a unique study visit to one of the most modern training centres in Poland – at Energa-Operator S.A. Training Grounds in Bąkowo.
This is a unique opportunity to look behind the scenes of professional technical training, see the infrastructure used for realistic exercises, and talk to experts who train energy industry specialists on a daily basis.
The polygon in Bąków is a place where theory meets practice. The centre offers:
modern, renovated training building
specially prepared infrastructure for practical classes
experienced team of instructors
Training for electrical fitters and supervisory staff in live working up to 1 kV
Specialist courses for safe working at height
During your visit, you will see a space where, among other things, training is conducted in:
work under voltage on overhead and underground power lines,
operation of switchgear,
organisation and supervision of electrical works,
safe work at height.
