Since 2009, he has held managerial positions in companies with diverse business profiles and ownership structures: Makolab SA - Digital Project House (an IT corporation listed on NewConnect), Lublin Science and Technology Park S.A. (a company with majority capital from the local government of the Lubelskie Voivodeship), and Netrix Ventures and Brave Seed Fund (companies holding the status of „Alternative Investment Firm Managers” in the register of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority).
In these positions, he gained extensive knowledge of the technology, energy, and innovation markets, as well as large project management and customer service. Most recently, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Quantum Blockchains Sp. z o.o. and served as President of the Management Board of Bootcamp Sp. z o.o.
Member of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Local Democracy Development Foundation – Lublin Regional Centre, Al SAFETY SOLUTIONS Ltd. and also Founder and President of the Management Board of the „INSTYTUT MADE IN POLAND” Foundation.
From April 2024, Tomasz Małecki has held the position of Vice-President of the Management Board of PGE Dystrybucja for Strategy.
