Graduate of the Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz and Executive MBA studies at the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw, specialising in IT Management. He completed postgraduate studies in IT project management at the Poznań University of Economics. He is currently undertaking a PhD in cybersecurity related to the FRMCS (Future Railway Mobile Communication System) at the Warsaw University of Technology.
With over 25 years of experience in the railway, telecommunications, and energy industries, responsible for the management and implementation of projects in the areas of telecommunications, cybersecurity, and information technology. Between 2011 and 2013, he held the position of Commercial Director at TK Telekom sp. z o.o.; from 2013 to 2015, he was Development Director at ATEM – Polska Sp. z o.o.; and from 2015 to 2021, he served as Business Development Director at Technitel Polska S.A. For the last two years, he has been an advisor to the Management Board at NetWorks Sp. z o.o., a company responsible for building, developing, and maintaining mobile network infrastructure.
Expert in critical infrastructure and an active participant in industry cooperation regarding the preparation of a pilot implementation of the FRMCS system on Polish railways.
