Local Content: Polish companies in major investments

Polish energy is going through a historic change: renewables, offshore, the nuclear programme and grid modernisation are gaining unprecedented pace. The largest contracts of this decade will be settled in talks between investor and contractor, and between purchaser and Polish supplier. Power Connect is three days in which the Polish supply chain comes face to face with those who deliver these investments.

Topic areas of the 2027 edition

The foundation of the coming edition is Local Content: the programme of the event is built around it. Using the potential of domestic companies and including them in global supply chains is a key condition for delivering the major projects that drive the entire transition. Around this central idea we concentrate three key thematic areas:

Local Content

A dedicated space for Polish companies, building direct business bridges to participation in the largest energy projects in the country.

Investments

Schedules, finance and tenders in nuclear power, offshore, grid expansion and energy storage.

Transformation

Technologies, optimisation and the regulatory environment, which will determine the pace and effectiveness of change in the sector.

Where local content is decided

Demand for domestic suppliers is now growing in several areas at once:

  • Nuclear energy
  • Offshore wind and the entire offshore supply chain
  • Renewable energy sources
  • Energy storage
  • Hydrogen technologies
  • Modernisation and expansion of power grids

In each of them, a place in the supply chain is decided by conversations that have to be held in person.

Who you will meet

Power Connect brings together in one place and at one time the whole ecosystem that the participation of Polish companies in these projects depends on:

  • Investors and infrastructure operators
  • General contractors and EPC contractors
  • Technology manufacturers and equipment suppliers
  • Representatives of public administration, business support institutions, industry organisations, research units and financial institutions

The presence of all these parties under one roof shortens the road from first contact to a conversation about a specific order from months to three days.

We will announce the details of the local content component of the 2027 edition soon

Power Connect is a space created for real business, the exchange of experience and building lasting relationships in a rapidly changing energy sector.
