This winter has proven that the Polish grid needs new, stable energy sources to cope with record consumption during frosty days. A breakthrough comes with the first US loan for Polish nuclear power and the construction of a specialized pier in Gdynia, which will facilitate the transport of components to the power plant. At the same time, PSE is presenting a vision for grid development by 2036, which includes the construction of thousands of kilometers of lines connecting the northern energy hub with the rest of the country.
