Graduate Faculty of Mechanical and Power Engineering a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, with a specialisation in Thermal Power Engineering, from the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, and Postgraduate Studies in Sustainable Energy Supply Systems and Building energy Performance Certificates from the Warsaw University of Technology. Lecturer on district heating issues as part of several editions of Postgraduate Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.  Author of publications on municipal heat management and current and strategic issues requiring resolution by heating companies. Member of the energy expert group of the National Bank of Poland. Involved in heating and energy from the start of my professional career. From 1999 is WVice-President of the Management Board of the Polish District Heating Chamber.
