A graduate of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Gdańsk, and of postgraduate studies in Law and Management and postgraduate studies in Public Relations at the Faculty of Management at Gdańsk University of Technology. Founder of the Pomeranian Entrepreneurship Incubator Foundation. An experienced manager – carrying out a range of tasks concerning cooperation between business, local government authorities, and NGOs. Possesses broad, up-to-date knowledge in the area of management and organisational functioning, gained from advising companies and institutions on EU funds, acquiring grants for educational and training purposes, matchmaking business partners, and analysing organisational development opportunities.
