

Doctor of Legal Sciences. Founder and Managing Partner of Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara i Partnerzy Law Firm. He specialises in commercial law and business turnover issues, from both public law and civil law perspectives. In particular, he deals with the issues of financial institutions' activities (banks, insurers, investment funds) and their organisational transformations, as well as the issues of financial instruments, and also the challenges of building an entrepreneur's capital and protecting it against the effects of economic risk. His practice also covers corporate advisory, business restructuring, privatisation and energy, and foreign investment matters.
He served as the President of the Management Board of PKO BP and as the Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of: PKO BP, Wilbo, and Centrum Haffnera. He was a member of many supervisory boards, including: National Investment Fund Magna Polonia, Bank Pocztowy, Nordea Bank Polska, National Depository for Securities, and PTE AEGON S.A. He is currently a member of the Supervisory Board at Kompap S.A. and Remontowa Holding S.A., and the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Strategic Thinking Centre Foundation. Furthermore, he currently serves as the Chairman of the Council of the Eugeniusz Piasecki University of Physical Education and Sport in Gdańsk for the 2025-2028 term.
He is active in various social and economic organisations. He is the President of the Board of the Gdańsk Business Club, an association bringing together entrepreneurs, managers and intellectuals, as well as a member of the Board of the Józef Piłsudski Family Foundation.
He was the first Chairman of the Senate of the University of Gdańsk and participated in the work of the councils of the Józef Piłsudski Museum in Sulejówek and the National Museum in Gdańsk.
He is an arbitrator at the International Arbitration Court at the National Maritime Chamber of Commerce in Gdynia. From 2017 to 2024, he served as the Honorary Consul of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
He completed his law degree and subsequently defended his doctoral thesis at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. He passed the judicial examination and then qualified as a legal advisor. For many years, he was a research and teaching staff member in the Department of Commercial Law and Private International Law at the University of Gdańsk.
