Graduate of Gdańsk University of Technology. Strategic consulting. Member of the International Business Council – Retail INNOGY/Essen from 2016 – 2019. From 2012-2013, he managed PGE SA as CEO. Previously, he held key positions at: Polkomtel, ING Barings, Morgan Stanley, Bank Handlowy. He sat on the Supervisory Boards of the following companies: PKO Bank Polski, TFI PZU, KGHM, BPH, PGE, Poczta Polska, CD Projekt SA. From 1991-1993, he worked in public administration, including as Director of the Prime Minister's Cabinet, and in 1992/93 as Minister of Communications.
