Leszek Goli has more than 20 years of experience in the energy sector, including managing teams and projects of strategic importance to the sector's development. Since January 2024, he has served as CEO of SPIE Energy Poland SA, which plays a key role in the development of Poland's power industry. Thanks to his commitment and experience, the company continually strives to introduce innovations that improve energy efficiency and the security of power grids. In addition, within the SPIE Group, Leszek Goli coordinates activities relating to the „Energy” division for the Central Europe region.

In the past, he was professionally associated with companies such as Budimex SA and Polimex-Mostostal SA, where he was responsible, among other things, for developing energy strategies and overseeing contract execution.”
