Experienced manager of a waste thermal treatment plant. Over 10 years with the ITPOK team in Poznań. Gained expert knowledge through close collaboration with the General Contractor of the Poznań plant and during its subsequent operation. In subsequent stages, held the position of Head of the Operations Department, and currently Deputy Plant Director. Responsible for optimising plant operations, supervising the O&M contract and the PPP agreement with the City of Poznań. As one of PreZero's expert team, also supports the organisation in the implementation of new WtE projects. Graduate of Poznań University of Technology in Energy, with a specialisation in nuclear energy/RES, as well as postgraduate studies in „Modern Enterprise Management” and „Financial Management for Managers and Entrepreneurs” at Kozminski University.
