Magdalena Kamińska is acting chairwoman of the Management Board of Energa SA.
She has been associated with the Energa Group since 2011. First as Deputy Director of the Finance Department, then as Director of that area. Subsequently, she held the position of Vice-President of the Management Board of Energa Wytwarzanie. Since February 2025, she has been the Vice-President of the Management Board of Energa SA for Financial Affairs.
She participated in strategic investment projects and fundraising for the Energa Group, as well as in the integration with the ORLEN Group.
He is also a member of the Management Board of the Polish Electricity Association.
She began her professional career in 2007 at international auditing firms – first EY, and then Deloitte.
A graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk.
