Biography

Marek Pszonka – Graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. From 2004 to 2015, he was associated with the Mazowieckie regional government, in the area of waste management systems, including Waste-to-Energy, Zero Waste, and Circular Economy projects. During this time, he also worked as an Expert for the TAIEX instrument at the European Commission. From 2015 to 2025, he was a member of the Management Board of the Mazowieckie Energy Agency, overseeing the investment project management and energy consultancy division. A member of the Monitoring Committee for the Regional Operational Programme of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship 2014-2020 and the European Funds for Mazowsze 2021-2027 programme. Manager of the JESSICA loan fund, which he implemented with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. In Mazowieckie, he managed instruments such as the Energy Loan and the ELENA Instrument financed by the European Investment Bank. As a member of the Mazowieckie Energy Agency team, he advised on projects implemented by the World Bank and Bank Ochrony Środowiska. Speaker at national and international conferences.
