He comes from Gdańsk, where he graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Gdańsk University of Technology. He began his professional career at Hydrobudowa 6 SA, serving successively as a trainee engineer, foreman, site manager, construction manager, and site group manager. In 2005, he took up a position at Hydrobudowa Gdańsk SA as the director of the industrial construction division. Subsequently, he managed the company's hydraulic engineering division, advancing to the position of Technical Director and Board Member. In 2007, he was tasked with consolidating the Polish construction companies of the Bilfinger group within the newly formed company Bilfinger Berger Budownictwo SA, of which he became the President of the Management Board. As a result of ownership changes, the company has been a member of the international PORR Group since 2015. In his private life, he is a fan of hunting and long walks with his dogs.
