For 20 years, he has been involved in the strategic consulting sector for companies in the defence, energy, and pharmaceutical industries. From 2006 to 2018, he was a co-owner of one of the largest Polish Public Affairs agencies. During this time, projects were carried out in the areas of development strategy, export policy, and economic regulations. He supervised and implemented projects related to the pharmaceutical industry, security (including economic security), and defence. He advised on numerous projects in the scope of strategic and crisis communication.
