Mgr inż. Sławomir Kiszkurno – Chairman of the Management Board of Port Czystej Energii Sp. z o.o.; also, until 2024, Plenipotentiary of the Mayor of Gdańsk for Circular Economy. From October 2024, also President of Zakład Utylizacyjny in Gdańsk. In the years 2016–2019, Director of the Municipal Services Department at the Gdańsk City Hall. In the years 2011–2016, Plenipotentiary for the Implementation of the Preparatory Project concerning the construction of a Waste Thermal Treatment Plant for the Pomeranian Voivodeship, implemented by Zakład Utylizacyjny Sp. z o.o. in Gdańsk.
Previously, he held positions including Head of the Environmental Protection Department at the Municipal Office in Police, Head of the Project Implementation Department – Legal Advisor to the Director-General, and Director of the Environmental Information Department at the General Directorate for Environmental Protection, where he was, among other things, the project manager for „Development of conservation plans for Natura 2000 sites in Poland”. He worked for the League for Nature Conservation for over 20 years, previously also as the Secretary-General of this association. He currently also serves as the President of the Foundation Council at the Gdańsk Water Foundation.
He graduated from the Agricultural Academy in Szczecin with a degree in Environmental Protection, earning an MSc Eng. He is the chairman/member of numerous industry boards and committees, a tutor, and a lecturer on postgraduate studies. He specialises in waste management, nature conservation, and environmental education.
