A manager with many years of experience. Since April 2024, he has been a member of the Management Board of Energa S.A. As the President of the Management Board, he was responsible for projects crucial to the implementation of energy transformation assumptions, concerning the development of distribution, RES sources, gas-steam units, as well as energy storage.
He was actively involved in the Energa Group in many areas – as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Energa Operator and the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Energa Obrót.
Vice-President of the Management Board of the Polish Electricity Committee, where he is involved in initiatives for the sector and its competitiveness, challenges related to European integration and ensuring energy security.
They regularly contribute to discussions on key issues for Polish energy during industry events attended by state authorities and businesses. They sit on the programme boards of conferences that shape the direction of discussions concerning the sector. They support the development of science through active cooperation with Gdańsk University of Technology, where they are part of the economic advisors' team reporting to the Rector of Gdańsk University of Technology.
They are involved in ESG – environment, climate, and sustainable development. A participant in the COP29 World Climate Summit in Azerbaijan.
Throughout his career, he has worked for entities in the energy and port industries, managed international teams, participated in building broad strategies, and worked at management and supervisory levels, including on the Supervisory Board of Port of Gdynia Authority S.A.
He is a law graduate of the University of Gdańsk.
