Author or co-author of dozens of expert reports and analyses concerning enterprise competitiveness and innovation, as well as cluster and regional development strategies, legal regulations, and stakeholder cooperation. Involved in regional development, including preparatory work for hydrogen projects in the Pomeranian Voivodeship.
