A graduate in History from the University of Gdańsk and of Management Studies at the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development. Involved in business for over a dozen years. A promoter of business ethics and corporate social responsibility principles, personally engaged in the implementation and development of the social economy. A social activist and participant in many representative bodies, such as the Pomeranian Entrepreneurship Council, the Regions Council of Lewiatan Confederation, and the Pomeranian Entrepreneurs Staff. A member of many respected bodies, including: the Economic Convention of the Daniel Fahrenheit University Consortium in Gdańsk, the Expert Council of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk, the Consultative Council of the Faculty of Management at Gdańsk University of Technology, and the Gdańsk Foundation Council. He is the Chairman of the Board of the Theatrum Gedanense Foundation and the Board of the Pomeranian Employers' Foundation. Honorary Consul of the Republic of Latvia.
