A manager with many years of experience in the energy and construction sectors, specialising in strategic management and the development of technical infrastructure. Associated with the Enea Group, where he currently serves as President of the Management Board of Enea Oświetlenie, a company responsible for modern lighting solutions. Concurrently, he sits on the Supervisory Board of Enea Operator. He is also a member of the Supervisory Board of POWER ENGINEERING S.A.

In his professional career, he effectively combines technical knowledge with management competencies. As a leader of infrastructure projects, he places particular emphasis on optimising operational costs and implementing environmentally friendly technologies. He has extensive experience in social dialogue and cooperation with local government units concerning the modernisation and operation of lighting infrastructure.

For seventeen years, he has held the position of Vice-President of the Poznań Society of Hipolit Cegielski.
