The Inter-sectoral Association of Heating Systems Development „Ukrteplokomunenergo” is a voluntary inter-sectoral association of independent legal entities: heating enterprises (heat generation, heat transmission, service), research, design, repair and construction enterprises, and other enterprises and organisations of various forms of ownership, which have united to coordinate their activities in order to solve the problems of energy supply to the cities of Ukraine.
