Personal data stored in the database is encrypted in such a way that only the Operator, which holds the key, can read it. As a result, the data is protected in the event of the database being stolen from the server.
The operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
In order to protect the data, the Operator makes backup copies regularly.
An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of programming components.

4. Your rights and additional information on how the data is used

In some situations the Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if this is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfil the obligations resting on the Controller. This applies to the following groups of recipients:

You have the right to request from the Controller:

processing restrictions,
and data transfer.
You have the right to object, with regard to the processing indicated in point 3.3 c), to the processing of personal data for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including profiling, whereby the right to object may not be exercised where there are important legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular the establishment, exercise or defence of claims.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the operation of the Service.
You may be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, for the purpose of providing services under the contract concluded and for the purpose of direct marketing conducted by the Administrator.
Personal data is transferred to third countries within the meaning of the personal data protection regulations. This means that we send it outside the European Union.
5. Information in forms
The Service collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, in so far as it is provided.
The Service may record information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
In some cases the Service may record information that makes it easier to link the data in a form with the e-mail address of the user filling in that form. In such a case the user's e-mail address appears inside the URL of the page containing the form.
Data provided in a form is processed for the purpose arising from the function of the particular form, for example to handle a service request or a commercial enquiry, to register services and so on. In each case the context and description of the form state clearly what it is used for.
6. Administrator's logs
Information about user behaviour in the service may be logged. This data is used to administer the service.
7. Relevant marketing techniques
The Operator carries out statistical analysis of traffic on the site through Google Analytics (Google Inc., registered office in the USA). The Operator does not pass personal data to the provider of this service, only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device. As regards information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit the information resulting from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
The Operator uses remarketing techniques, which allow advertising messages to be matched to the user's behaviour on the site. This may give the impression that the user's personal data is used to track them, but in practice no personal data is passed from the Operator to the advertising providers. The technical condition for such activity is that cookie support is enabled.
The Operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology means that the Facebook service (Facebook Inc., registered office in the USA) knows that a person registered there is using the Service. In this case it relies on data for which it is itself the administrator; the Operator does not pass any additional personal data of its own to the Facebook service. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device.
The Operator uses a solution that studies user behaviour by creating heat maps and recording behaviour on the site. This information is anonymised before it is sent to the service provider, so that the provider does not know which natural person it concerns. In particular, passwords entered and other personal data are not recorded.
The Operator uses a solution that automates the operation of the Service in relation to users, for example one able to send an e-mail to a user after they visit a particular subpage, provided that the user has consented to receiving commercial correspondence from the Operator.
8. Information about cookies
The Service uses cookies.
Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device of the Service User and intended for use with the Service's web pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, how long they are stored on the end device, and a unique number.
The entity placing cookies on the end device of the Service User and gaining access to them is the operator of the Service.
Cookies are used for the following purposes:
maintaining the session of the Service user (after logging in), thanks to which the user does not have to enter their login and password again on every subpage of the Service;
achieving the purposes set out above in the section "Relevant marketing techniques";
Two main types of cookies are used within the Service: "session" cookies and "persistent" cookies. "Session" cookies are temporary files stored on the User's end device until the User logs out, leaves the website or switches off the software (the web browser). "Persistent" cookies are stored on the User's end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
Software for browsing websites (the web browser) usually allows cookies to be stored on the User's end device by default. Service Users can change these settings. The web browser makes it possible to delete cookies. Cookies can also be blocked automatically. Detailed information on this is given in the help or documentation of the web browser.
Restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functions available on the Service's web pages.
Cookies placed on the end device of the Service User may also be used by entities cooperating with the operator of the Service, in particular the following companies: Google (Google Inc., registered office in the USA), Facebook (Facebook Inc., registered office in the USA), Twitter (Twitter Inc., registered office in the USA).
9. Managing cookies – how to give and withdraw consent in practice?
If the user does not want to receive cookies, they can change their browser settings. Please note that disabling cookies necessary for authentication, security and keeping user preferences may make using websites difficult and, in extreme cases, impossible
