Energy market expert, Member of the Management Board of the National Chamber of Energy and Renewable Energy Clusters, Member of the Management Board of Energynat sp. z o. o., President of the Lądecka Energy Cooperative
For 15 years, he has been passionately involved in the commercial energy sector. As an energy market expert, he specializes in the transformation of the energy market in Poland, based on local energy communities, micro-energy systems, energy clusters, and energy cooperatives. He actively collaborates with parliamentary and governmental organizations and supports renewable energy producers in selecting optimal energy sales models.
Since 2022, he has been associated with the National Chamber of Energy and Renewable Energy Clusters, where he serves as Vice-President of the Management Board. On behalf of KIKEiOZE, he serves as an expert on the development of distributed energy organized in the form of energy clusters, energy cooperatives, electricity trading, and the organization of local electricity distribution systems.
He began his professional career in 2007–2009 as Chief Specialist at the Kozienice Power Plant (ENEA Wytwarzanie), responsible for the strategy for Renewable Energy Sources. From 2009–2011, he served as Director of the Energy Trading Office at one of the first private energy trading companies, responsible for TPA customer service and operating strategy in wholesale markets, particularly stock exchanges and OTC markets.
From 2013 to 2017, he co-founded the startup trading company IEN Energy. As CEO, he developed and implemented innovative solutions, then unheard of on the market, such as: virtual energy storage, self-consumption of energy between PPEs, a virtual power plant model, balancing of facility-based PV installations, and PPA management.
Author of 15 energy cluster strategies, including 11 certified by the Ministry of Energy. President of the Lądecka Energy Cooperative – a national model for implementing an energy cooperative within a municipality.
