A university teacher, manager, and consultant with extensive experience in the financial, technology, and energy sectors, he has served as CEO and member of supervisory boards of private sector companies and non-governmental organizations. He is an assistant professor in the Department of Corporate Finance, Faculty of Management, University of Gdańsk.

As an expert, he was associated with, among others, the Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Free Entrepreneurship Association. He initiated and served as Editor-in-Chief of the first Polish journal devoted to project management – ​​"Zarządzanie Projektami" magazine.

In parallel to his professional career, he participated in numerous projects in the field of corporate social responsibility, including preventive and educational projects, charitable projects, cultural projects, and projects related to business-related institutions. For his outstanding achievements in financial education, he received the Medal of the National Education Commission.
