Director of the University of Gdańsk's Centre for Sustainable Development, head of the Department of Strategic and Security Studies at the Institute of Political Science, and since 2024 president of the University of Gdańsk's special purpose vehicle Univentum Labs. Her research focuses on energy policy and sustainable development. She currently coordinates the Building Engagement to Accelerate Clean Energy Transitions in the South Baltic project – BALTICBEAT Interreg South Baltic Programme (2024-2027). She is a member of the Scientific Council of the Baltic Nuclear Energy Forum
