Doctor of Laws. Founder and Managing Partner of the Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara i Partnerzy Law Firm. He specializes in commercial law and business transactions, both within the public and civil law framework. He particularly focuses on the operations of financial institutions (banks, insurers, investment funds) and their organizational transformations, as well as financial instruments, and also on building entrepreneurial capital and protecting it against the effects of economic risk. His practice also encompasses matters related to corporate advisory, business restructuring, privatization, the energy sector, and foreign investment.

He served as President of the Management Board of PKO BP and Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of PKO BP, Wilbo, and the Haffner Center. He has served on numerous supervisory boards, including the Magna Polonia National Investment Fund, Bank Pocztowy, Nordea Bank Polski, the National Depository for Securities, and PTE AEGON SA. He currently serves on the Supervisory Board of Kompap SA and Remontowa Holding SA, and as Vice-Chairman of the Council of the Center for Strategic Thoughts Foundation. He also currently serves as Chairman of the Council of the Jędrzej Śniadecki Academy of Physical Education and Sport in Gdańsk for the 2025-2028 term.

He is active in various social and economic organizations. He is the President of the Board of the Gdańsk Business Club, an association of entrepreneurs, managers, and intellectuals, and a member of the Council of the Józef Piłsudski Family Foundation.

He was the first Chairman of the Council of the University of Gdańsk and participated in the work of the councils of the Józef Piłsudski Museum in Sulejówek and the National Museum in Gdańsk.

He is an arbitrator at the International Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Maritime Commerce in Gdynia. From 2017 to 2024, he served as Honorary Consul of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

He graduated with a law degree and later defended his doctoral dissertation at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. He passed the judicial examination and subsequently obtained his legal counsel license. For many years, he was a researcher and lecturer at the Department of Commercial Law and Private International Law at the University of Gdańsk.
