President of the Management Board of the Defence Institute Sp. z o. o., where he heads the Team for Military and Non-Military Security in the Domestic and International Dimensions
Lieutenant General of the Polish Army, PhD in Social Sciences. He has 35 years of experience gained during his military service at all levels of command in the Polish Armed Forces at home and abroad, from commanding battalions, brigades, and divisions, to commanding the international Eurocorps in Strasbourg.
He has extensive experience in international and allied cooperation, gained, among other things, during his work with NATO Forward Presence (eFP) and during his service with the Security Assistance Group – Ukraine (SAG-U). He has also participated in three international missions: MNDCS (Iraq, 2004), UNDOF (2008), and NTM-I (2009).
He is a graduate of studies and courses at, among others, NATO Defence College, NATO School Oberammergau, Baltic Defence College, Defence Academy of the United Kingdom, National Defence University, Military University of Technology, Naval Academy and Warsaw School of Economics.
He specializes in contemporary leadership, as well as national crisis management systems and NATO crisis response. He has also been involved in cybersecurity for five years (MBA).
