President of the Management Board of ORLEN Neptun, the company responsible for the development of offshore wind projects within the ORLEN Group. He has been involved in the energy sector since the beginning of his professional career. He has climbed all the ranks of his career, gaining managerial experience in domestic and international corporations.
From 1995 to 1998, he worked as an engineer at the Łódź-Teren Power Plant (currently the Łódź Branch of PGE Dystrybucja), and then (1998-2002) in the Tariff Department of the Energy Regulatory Office. From 2002 to 2004, he served as Management Board Member for Marketing and Sales at Stoen in Warsaw, and after the company's acquisition by RWE, he was responsible for all regulatory affairs. From 2004 to 2011, he was associated with Vattenfall, initially as Sales Director for the Warsaw CHP plants, and later as Director of Regulation and Market Development at Vattenfall Poland.
From 2012 to 2013, he served as Vice-President of the Management Board for Trade at ENEA S.A. Simultaneously, for several months, he managed the ENEA Capital Group as Acting President of the Management Board. From 2014 to 2017, he was Business Development Director at Ramboll Polska, a subsidiary of the Danish Rambøll – one of the largest engineering consultancies with a global reach. From 2017 to 2024, he worked at the British Embassy in Warsaw as Director of Energy and Renewable Sources.
Immediately before taking up the position of President of the Management Board of ORLEN Neptun, he led, as Country Manager, a team of consultants at Forte Renewables Polska – a company founded in 2012 in Amsterdam specializing in technical consulting for photovoltaic projects and onshore and offshore wind energy.
A graduate of the Faculty of Electrical, Electronic, Computer and Control Engineering at the Lodz University of Technology and the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Lodz.
