Jarosław Kumięga is an energy efficiency specialist with thirty-five years of experience in the energy sector, including operational heating. He has been with the Marshal's Office of the Pomeranian Voivodeship since 2009 and currently serves as Deputy Director of the Department for Energy and Economic Transformation. He is a co-creator of key regional development strategies in the energy sector and is responsible for implementing strategic projects such as the Pomeranian Archipelago of Energy Islands and the Pomeranian Hydrogen Valley. For years, he has been actively involved in the development of renewable energy sources, distributed energy, and effective energy management in the public sector. A graduate of the Silesian University of Technology and Gdańsk University of Technology, he possesses extensive professional qualifications, including those of an energy auditor and member of supervisory bodies. An experienced team leader and coordinator, he values ​​collaboration and interinstitutional dialogue.
