Kamila Gasiuk-Pihowicz

Biography

A lawyer and economist, she graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Finance and Banking. She has worked in international law firms and at the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights, where she focused on healthcare issues. She has been active in social organizations, including student associations and the Foundation for Dialogue Among Nations, where she coordinated projects promoting tolerance and intercultural understanding. Since 2015, she has been a Member of Parliament, focusing primarily on justice and the fight to defend the Constitution. She is the Chairwoman of the Parliamentary Group for Justice Reform and the Vice-Chairwoman of the Civic Platform - Civic Coalition Parliamentary Club.
