A graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the University of Engineering in Zielona Góra and an MBA program validated by Erasmus Rotterdam, he has spent his entire professional career in the energy sector, beginning in 1994 as the Duty Operations Engineer at the Pumped Storage Power Plant in Dychów. 

From 2018 to 2025, he was associated with the EWE Group in Poland. First, as a member of the Management Board and then as President of the Management Board, he was responsible for the German group's commercial operations in the Polish market. In 2024, he played a key role in the preparation and sale of EWE companies in Poland, culminating in their acquisition by the Elenger Group. 

From February 2025, he continues his role in Elenger's structures, managing the development of the companies' operations in Poland: Elenger Polska sp. z o. o. and Elenger Dystrybucja sp. z o. o.  

From 2011 to 2018, he served as President of the Management Board of Duon Marketing and Trading SA. At Fortum Marketing and Sales, he served as Vice President of the Management Board, responsible for energy and gas trading. Previously, he led the integration of trading companies during the formation of PGE SA. He has built numerous trading and sales organizations from scratch, including for PGNiG Energia and Energa. He is a founding member of the Energy Trading Association (TOE).
