A manager with many years of experience in the energy sector, both private and public. Previously associated with Gdańska Kompania Energetyczna SA, as well as Energa Operator, where he introduced the company to the competitive electricity market. As the Director of the Development and Marketing Division at Energa Obsługa i Sprzedaż Sp. z.o.o., he was responsible for the implementation of self-service products and the integration of IT environments. From February 2012, he was a Vice-President of the Management Board, and from August 2013 to September 2015, he was the President of the Management Board. From September 2015 to March 2016, he was the Vice-President of the Management Board of Energa Obrót, where he implemented the company's strategy in terms of the sales segment and business objectives. In the public sector, he served, among other roles, as the President of the Management Board of Grudziądzki Park Przemysłowy Sp. z.o.o., where he developed the principles of operation and the business model for the park.
