A manager with extensive experience in the energy sector, both private and local government. Previously, he worked with Gdańska Kompania Energetyczna SA and Energa Operator, where he led the company into the competitive electricity market. As Director of the Development and Marketing Division at Energa Obsługa i Sprzedaż Sp. z o.o., he was responsible for implementing self-service products and integrating IT environments. From February 2012, he served as Vice President of the Management Board, and from August 2013 to September 2015 as President of the Management Board. From September 2015 to March 2016, he served as Vice President of the Management Board of Energa Obrót, where he implemented the company's sales strategy and business objectives. In the local government sector, he served, among other roles, as President of the Management Board of Grudziądzki Park Przemysłowy Sp. z o.o., where he developed the park's operational principles and business model.
