Magdalena Kamińska is the acting President of the Management Board of Energa SA.

She has been associated with the Energa Group since 2011. First, as Deputy Director of the Finance Department, and later as Director of that area. She then served as Vice President of the Management Board of Energa Wytwarzanie. Since February 2025, she has served as Vice President of the Management Board of Energa SA, responsible for finance.

She participated in strategic investment projects and obtaining financing for the Energa Group, as well as in integration with the ORLEN Group.

He is also a member of the Management Board of the Polish Electricity Committee.

She started her professional career in 2007 in international auditing firms – first EY and then Deloitte.

Graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk.
