Deputy Director of the Faculty of Ecology and Energy, Head of the Energy Department at the Gdańsk City Hall, and a PhD candidate at the Gdańsk University of Technology in environmental engineering, mining, and energy. An expert for the Ministry of Climate and Environment, he assesses the technological aspects of energy projects in the FEPW and FEnIKS programs, and an expert for the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in the New Energy and Innovations for the Environment programs. He gained professional experience at an international energy company, where he was responsible for pricing and energy optimization. He has implemented projects in the area of ​​energy and climate, including Liquid Energy and Climate in Warsaw's schools.
