A manager with over twenty years of experience in project management. He completed postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management and Education for Sustainable Development: "Offshore Wind Energy" at the University of Gdańsk. He is an accredited PRINCE2® APMG lecturer. As President of the Management Board of the Gdańsk Entrepreneurship Foundation, he managed the STARTER Entrepreneurship Incubator. He has served on the Gdańsk Entrepreneurship Council of the Mayor of Gdańsk and the Economic and Social Affairs Committee of the Gdańsk Metropolitan Area. He is a recipient of a scholarship from the US Department of State's IVLP program.
