For 20 years, he provided strategic consulting services to companies in the defense, energy, and pharmaceutical industries. From 2006 to 2018, he co-owned one of Poland's largest public affairs agencies. During this time, he implemented projects in the areas of development strategy, export policy, and economic regulation. He supervised and implemented projects related to the pharmaceutical industry, security (including economic security), and defense. He also advised on numerous projects in the field of strategic and crisis communications.
