Hydrotechnician (since 1985), chairman of the Polish Committee of Large Dams (2021) and representative of the Republic of Poland in the International Commission on Large Dams (ICOLD), member of the European Network for Dam Safety, employee of the Technical Control Centre for Dams (since 2010). 

Professional life related to hydraulic engineering, from scientific work through construction and design to supervision and expertise of the technical condition and safety of hydraulic structures, a promoter of the maintenance and development of hydraulic engineering through sustainable development.
