A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Łódź and postgraduate studies in European Funds at the same university. She also completed postgraduate studies in Management at the Poznań University of Economics. She has been with the Energy Regulatory Office since April 2017, initially as the Director of the Central-Western Regional Branch based in Łódź. There, she dealt with numerous issues in the area of heat and electricity (including energy storage and RES), and gaseous and liquid fuels. In October 2024, following an open competition, she was appointed Vice-President of URE.
Appointed President of URE on 11 August 2025 by Prime Minister Donald Tusk, following an open and competitive recruitment process. She is the first woman to hold the position of Polish Regulator of Energy and Fuel Markets. An initiator of many initiatives in the area of energy development and a proponent of cooperation beyond traditional divisions. She initiated the work of the Cross-Sectoral Accelerator for the Development of Polish Energy under the President of URE. Winner of the „Women in Energy 2025” award in the „Energy of Development” category. She undertakes numerous activities aimed at the digitalisation of the institution under her supervision. In working with people, she prioritises dialogue, partnership, and the strength of relationships.
