An experienced manager combining strategic thinking with a practical approach to modernising energy infrastructure. From 2009–2015, as Vice President, he was responsible for, among other things, operations, IT, and telecommunications, implementing key projects such as the deployment of a network asset management system, TAN networks, the TETRA concept, and a data processing centre. In subsequent years, he developed managerial competencies in the insurance and financial sectors, managing cost, administration, logistics, investment, and data quality areas. He consistently emphasises the importance of a responsibly managed, fair energy transition and strengthening the local grid balance.

It provides direction for Energa-Operator's transformation, turning the company into a modern technological organisation focused on the customer, digitalisation, automation and intelligent network systems. In this way, it strengthens the implementation of the company's Vision, based on reliability, customer approach, digital development and sustainability.
