Sławomir Kiszkurno, MSc, Eng – President of the Management Board of Port Czystej Energii Sp. z o.o.; until 2024, also the plenipotentiary of the Mayor of Gdańsk for the circular economy. Since October 2024, also the president of the Waste Disposal Plant in Gdańsk. From 2016 to 2019, director of the Municipal Services Department at the Gdańsk City Hall. From 2011 to 2016, plenipotentiary for the implementation of the preparatory project regarding the construction of a Waste Thermal Treatment Plant for the Pomeranian Voivodeship, implemented by Waste Disposal Plant Sp. z o.o. in Gdańsk.
Previously, he served as Head of the Environmental Protection Department at the Police City Hall, Head of the Project Implementation Department – Advisor to the General Director, and Director of the Environmental Information Department at the General Directorate for Environmental Protection, where he was, among other things, project manager for the project "Development of conservation task plans for Natura 2000 sites in Poland." He has worked for the Nature Conservation League for over 20 years, previously serving as Secretary General of that association. He also currently serves as President of the Foundation Council at the Gdańsk Water Foundation.
He graduated from the Agricultural University of Szczecin with a degree in Environmental Protection, earning a Master of Science in Engineering. He is a chairman/member of numerous industry boards and committees, an educator, and a postgraduate lecturer. He specializes in waste management, nature conservation, and environmental education.
