A manager with many years of experience, he has served on the Management Board of Energa SA since April 2024. As President of the Management Board, he was responsible for projects key to achieving the energy transformation objectives, including the development of distribution, renewable energy sources, combined cycle gas and steam units, and energy storage. 

He was active in the Energa Group in many areas – as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Energa Operator and Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Energa Obrót. 

Vice-President of the Management Board of the Polish Electricity Association, where he is involved in initiatives for the sector and its competitiveness, challenges related to European integration and ensuring energy security. 

He regularly contributes to discussions on key issues for the Polish energy sector at industry events involving government authorities and businesses. He sits on conference program boards, which shape the direction of discussions within the sector. He supports the development of science through active collaboration with the Gdańsk University of Technology, where he serves on the team of economic advisors to the Gdańsk University of Technology Rector. 

He is involved in ESG issues – environment, climate, and sustainable development. He participated in the COP29 World Climate Summit in Azerbaijan. 

Throughout his career, he has worked for entities in the energy and port industries, managed international teams, participated in building broad strategies, and worked at the management and supervisory levels, including on the Supervisory Board of the Port of Gdynia Authority S.A. 

He is a law graduate of the University of Gdańsk.
