Graduate of the University of Agriculture in Poznań (1990), European Union scholarship holder FH Weihenstephan (1991-1992). Between 1994 and 1999, an expert and Project Manager for projects carried out within the Phare and USAID aid programmes. He began his professional career at the Voivodeship Office in Poznań. Between 1993 and 2005, he was a member of the management boards and supervisory boards of commercial law companies involved in economic consulting, IT, and the energy sector. Since 2006, he has been associated with the Asseco capital group, where he manages the energy and gas sector. He is a co-author of numerous energy market studies, development strategies for energy companies, restructuring programmes, and analyses concerning energy market development. He is a member of Steering Committees for several of the largest Polish IT projects implemented for the energy sector. He is a co-author of Asseco's business development strategies in domestic and foreign markets, and he oversees the development of Asseco's products and their internationalisation and globalisation..
